Histology:  Figure A and B show Acute T-cell mediated rejection Banff grade 1A,  >25% interstitial infiltration and moderate tubulitis (i3, t2). There is also some moderate nephrosclerosis.

Figures C, D, E and F show Acute T-cell mediated rejection Banff grade 2B, Severe intimal arteritis comprising <25% of the luminal area in 2 vessels (v2)
